Customer Service Classes
Career Solutions offers one (1) customer service class, available at all Nashville-area Career Solutions Centers and at several centers outside Nashville.
TRAC: (Training in Retail Associate Certification): this class offers two (2) levels of retail/customer service training. TRAC 1, designed for entry level workers, teaches job readiness, customer service, product knowledge, selling tips, merchandising, safety and security, cash handling and basic point-of-sale (POS) skills. TRAC 2 is designed for assistant managers or lead workers and includes basic supervisory skills. This class is offered at all locations and the cost is $235. Learn more.
Call Center Training-Nashville only. This training is an on-the-job program. Students learn the skills to manage and respond to calls from customers. Upon completion of the paid, 8-12 weeks class, graduates are also able to make outbound calls.
