Who We Serve

Each month our career counselors, located in 19 Career Solutions centers throughout Middle and West Tennessee, help more than 1,000 people who need help looking for, finding, and keeping a job.

Career Solutions helps Tennesseans who are unemployed or underemployed due to many reasons, including layoffs, company downsizing, long absences from the workforce, lack of GED or job skills, disabilities, criminal backgrounds, or other barriers.

Our career counselors work one-on-one with participants to determine his or her strengths and skill sets, and they guide and support them into training programs and career paths which may be a best fit.
