Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc., is one of the largest employers in Middle and West Tennessee, with over 1,700 employees reporting to work every day—proof that we know the business of staffing an organization. Additionally, in 2011 we helped more than 11,000 Tennesseans in our Career Solutions Centers who sought assistance with job training and placement.
It's our mission to assist and place people into jobs that will be a best fit for the employer and the employee, ultimately supporting a company with fulfilling their needs while giving someone a chance to get back on their feet and into the workforce.
Our counselors and trainers get to know our participants well through one-on-one career planning, training and assessments of skills and abilities, and recommended courses of action.

Many of our participants enroll in our various training and certification programs which have been strategically developed to support the needs of employers in our community. We have trained workers who are available for positions in:

Unlike many for-profit staffing agencies, Career Solutions services are free of charge, saving your company money, time and the additional burden of culling through hundreds of applicants.
Career Solutions staff will work with your company to provide pre-screened candidates who will meet requirements and qualifications. Once a placement is made, our counselors will remain in contact with you and your business, and our client, to ensure a successful placement.
